I’ve been trying to get someone to move my McLaren around the country, to avoid putting thousands of motorway miles on it, when I eventually realised that I can probably do it myself, given that I’ll be going there anyway, and so I need to look at getting a tow bar fitted.

It’s a 2015 car, and I’d prefer a removable / deployable bar rather than one that’s permanently sticking out of the back.

Can anyone recommend a bar, and someone to fit it in the South East, and can you give me an idea of the cost?

Land Rover themselves offer a deployable towbar - at a cost. Reasonably straightforward mechanical fit but your car will require plugging in to be told it's got a towbar fitted. (Switches off parking sensors and offers reversing assist - depending on spec)
Make sure you buy the correct towbar ecu as there are differences, again depending on spec of the car but it's mainly age and whether it's a 7 seater.
The rear bumper cosmetic panel insert is replaced with one that has a cutout.

Used ones pop up on Ebay from time to time, but if you're after a warranty then new is obviously the way to go. Fitting the mechanicals is DIYable with a caveat that it's frikkin heavy! https://www.lrparts.net/lrkit4942-range-rover-spor...

Yes, removeable towbars are available similar to the D3 and L320, but they're not nearly as cool. coolbiggrin
