What are the chances that a UK based video that is over 4 years old hasn't already been discussed on these pages?
I already know the answer, but if i didn't I would reckon they are very slim. biggrin
Could revisiting old footage be of any interest? Or is there a cut-off period for posting videos? Nothing older than 10 days perhaps? scratchchin

8:20 - classic UK mini RAB coming together. Never assume someone arriving at the give way at the same time as you, will actually do so.

I really really wish some, shall we say 'mobile abode' types, who wouldn't GAF about consequences had dragged him out and moved his PoS aside. People like this wouldn't be brave enough to block you in a supermarket queue, it's the metal box making them feel entitled & protected.

Not even the gyppos, I know plenty of builder types who would have just told the guy he was either moving over now or they would make him. Seems an odd ploy to deliberately try and antagonise people with no idea of who could be behind you.

Seems to be a number of offences potentially being committed there what with obstruction of the highway et al...

Yes it might be for newcomers to the thread, but most of us have been viewing for much longer so reposts are easy to spot.
I just think there is no need to rake up things that have already been discussed previously when there is a constant supply of new material.
Feel free to post whatever you want though. smile

What's led to people being uppety stuck behind is they think they can gain some positions by passing everyone on the left and push in at the front.

Why are all those people in the left 2 lanes not using all 4?
For a while it was working with everyone behind using all 4 lanes and moving forward as one - it stopped though

For fear of stirring up a hornets nest of st-covered hornets, the outside lane was closed at one point, and then a few miles later it was clear and the gantries started showing 40mph across all lanes again. Throbber decided that the lane should remain closed though.

it's not gaining positions (and here I have my st-hornet swat at the ready) because it's then open motorway, not a merge in turn. And in any case, and this is where the st-hot st-hornet swat comes into its own, it's not the throbber's job, obligation or right to prevent anyone from driving onwards on open tarmac.

You're wrong. As always

saaby93 said:

Because they (a) can't be bothered to change lanes and/or (b) are thick

Yes, because of the road captain bellend. Without him everyone would have got on with their day

Fair point yes

Despite all the tech why couldnt they put something on that empty matrix board
All Lanes Open
or even maybe put 50 on the outside lane to show some encouragement

Not allowed in the UK.

Even if that lane was closed further up, they should all be using all the lanes right up to the point it's marked as closed, then merge in turn at the end. That's the most efficient use of the road.

Those 40 dont have red circles so only advisory? Can they do different ones on different lanes when advisory?

Can you image all the lane swapping if the outside lane was 50 and the others 40, bad enough as it is.

isnt it usually the other way round though - outside lane 10mph , middle lane 30mph, inside lane clear as a bell ( however clear that is)

Old Certi shows as being born in October 1996 on Companies House and the article suggests this Adeel Habib is 23 so I suspect it's another loveable rogue.

It is a mystery though, Certi stuff just stopped right at the point it was gaining traction, he's either unable to or scared to upload any more or just concentrating on the window tinting and car washing stuff and doing the awful driving in private now.
Other problems? is it his company that has 'Compulsory strike-off pending since 2 days ago'? but the videos of his awful driving certainly stopped abruptly and his instagram went private

Edited by Byker28i on Thursday 10th February 10:22
Turns out this was the same Adeel Habib.

He's had another 3 years added to his stint for the Certi youtube footage.
