Got to be one of the most boring episodes yet.

Lots of people leaning on horns, often because an oncoming vehicle has strayed an inch or two or similar such non-events...
Yup, meh sums it up.

There's another video from the other side of the road of it landing on it's nose, chunks flying off and the driver crashing into parked cars

It was rented, and from earlier this year

And pulling in front of people at the the pumps is a dick move.
Not when there is 2 pumps, the front one is clear and the back one is not even close to moving.
In this situation it is perfectly acceptable to pull round to the front pump. The alternative is just to sit there like an idiot when an empty pump is available.
It's fine when the other people can get out if you use the forward pump - I'd argue that using a pump and blocking them in while you pump 180L of fuel is absolute stroker behaviour.
I don't get the "blocked in" statement. When the camera shows the side view there is a pretty decent gap in front for them to manoeuvre in, I'd say it's typical parallel parking distance. In a FWD small hatchback that's no more than a forwards/reverse/forwards and away move.

I appreciate that some people cannot parallel park, however they shouldn't have a licence and can FRO. Regular retesting with all manoeuvres as mandatory might stop the mentality of "now I have my licence I'll only ever drive forwards, bashing kerbs and wonky parking is better than manoeuvring properly for some reason." or "I don't parallel park therefore I will drive up the chuff of someone slowing and clearly indicating that they are intending to parallel park in a space on this busy high street ".

The problem is not that he's too close to the front of the other car, it's that there is not enough room for the other car to fit down the side of the truck.

Why would you constantly brake test a lorry?

I remember as a kid in the 80s my dad coming home from work one evening (he drove coaches) and saying he'd done exactly that to a brake checker on the A40 coming out of London. A guy brake checked him twice, and on the third attempt, dad simply drove up the back of him, putting both vehicles out of action (the car, permanently by all accounts).

I don't remember the ins-and-outs of it, but it did go to court, and dad was cleared of all responsibility. The brake checker was done for dangerous driving.

Almost invariably the Judiciary is found to be the Sentencing Guidelines, laid down by the Sentencing Council https://www.sentencingcouncil.org.uk/sentencing-an...

Judiciary gets the rap though.
No doubt the local authority will think the answer is to lower the speed limit.

Not a lot, but an old couple being made to return to the scene of a collision they've driven off from.

I don't have sound here, but what did the Fiesta do wrong? Looks like she passed the cyclist with a wide berth and stuck out wide on a corner with good visibility. There was a slow motion zoom in but couldn't pick out what it was - was she on the phone?

It is quite hilarious watching them jump out of their cars at breakneck speed to have a go at someone they've just brake checked. Clearly not realising it's on camera, either. You can even feel the whiplash claim coming.

it does make me think though, who really wants to f*** about with 44 tonnes of steel? Regardless of what action they've just done, your tonne-and-a-half family car is going to do relatively little to damage or slow down an articulated lorry, that lorry is going to massacre your car and probably anyone in it. Take a breath, count to 10 and let it go for crying out loud. It doesn't matter how "right" you are when you're dead.

Or just stick your arm out the window, give them the wker sign, and carry on. But don't brake test them (or indeed anyone)

It's all about relative speed, there's very little risk of significant damage when the relative speeds are small.

I agree about your base point though, I don't understand the point. But then these folk aren't thinking rationally anyway!

He argued about her passing on a bend, tbh look fine to me as you can see at the start of the clip the corner has a clear enough line of sight.. wouldn't have bothered me in the slightest on my bike
