Much as he's a epic bell-end, he wasn't filming himself and driving - his phone is ste and doesn't mirror the image properly from the front-facing camera.

Like others, I never get that reaction, I'm courteous to men and women, rich and poor, just about everyone from both genders and social classes say thank you; or smile, a nod perhaps, just some sort of positive acknowledgement. Of course there's always ignorant people around, I don't think it has anything to do with the level of attractiveness, gender or wealth, just some people are ignorant, and I don't think that's anything new. I definitely don't think I've had a dirty look from anyone for showing courtesy.

Honestly, I don't think you are getting dirty looks, perhaps you're perceiving a dirty look, because unless you're somehow holding a door wrong(I'm assuming you're not grunting as the pretty lady goes past, or sniffing them) I just don't believe they're all giving you a dirty look.
