Our 2015 Fiat Panda (and previously two 500s as well) had one-touch down windows for the driver and passenger, but only one-touch up for the driver.
On the subject of permanently bright lit instrument cluster and dials, causing idiots to drive around at night with only DRLs, my Audi S8 (D3) has only the speedo and rev counter needles brightly lit in the daytime when headlights are off. When it gets dark, you can't see bugger all on the display other than the instrument needles so would be forced to turn the headlights on to illuminate the speedo... were it not for the Auto headlights.
