came across this one, seemingly not an S 993 but it does have the wider body, also a 320hp 3.8 engine, a center cap petrol filler and different rear between the rear lights, also lovely interior and all baljoints suspension/arms and engine stronger mounts and more, looks like a lovely package .

Its in Grand Prix White with some 911 R striping, which looks good I think.

Lovely indeed - so well proportioned, compact - the 993 is the purest form of 911 imo.

1959 MGA Roadster with a Honda S2000 F20C engine, shame they didn't do more with the engine bay considering the rest of the work, otherwise lovely. I wonder how fast it is and what it's like to drive.

Wheel diameter looks too big to me…I think I’d have gone for steel wheels myself, don’t think the chrome spokes suit it. Apart from that it’s ace although a little too blingy which is the American way.

I think the wire wheels are spot on, design and size. The engine bay looks terrible and lets the car down. Also think it needs some small slender bumpers.

Hope they have strengthened the frame, that engine will twist the prowler in half

hehe

To be fair a standard 5.7 Hemi and the ZF 8 would have been more than acceptable cloud9

Described in the link as a 'mish-mash' and a 'hodgepodge' and I couldn't agree more - If you want a big home-made camper, why not build it on a flat chassis, like a coach? - If you want your own fire-engine to play with, why chop it up? Even his wife wants her own vehicle so she doesn't have to ride in it with him.

This does nothing well

Just can’t begin to imagine where you’d start to create something like that, or how many man hours were involved.

It's built for racing but it's something different that will annoy purists hehe . Subaru EJ25 (2.5 litre flat 4 from a 2008 Impreza STI) engined Porsche 911 smile . https://www.topgear.com/car-news/sema/woah-porsche...
