The sales cost FOB is $0.69 per litre.
Interesting thanks. What does that usually translate to in either CIF or DDP UK?

I suspect that has gone up of late what with the recent Houthis pirate thing.

We sell to traders, FOB, the chartering and insurance is down to them, we do not really know where the fuel ends up.

I was just trying to illustrate market prices of the fuel and where the markup actually comes from.

Yes sure and you succeeded! I am wild guessing the freight and insurance would be around 1% on top.

189.9p a litre for diesel at Stracathto services. I’m glad it went on the company fuel card and I’m not paying for it.

145.9 in Notts for UL.

Spent last week in Abu Dhabi and it’s the equivalent of about 6 pence per litre….

We've got used to thinking 1.40 was cheap, time to get it right back to 1.80+ to bring it down and settle at 1.50 odds to think that's cheap.

Still worth it. Stuff using an EV.

Or have an EV and an ICE car like me? fk paying £90 for 400 miles when I can pay £20 for the same distance.
