I take it that it’s a lot longer from factory to dealer because of this , what’s the timeline ?

That’s not as bad as I imagined . My M4 took a week from factory to Southampton where it spent the next three months due to the chip shortage

Had mine a year now and still love every second in it and every glance I take at it. Thundernight / cognac.

We occasionally have two medium-sized young adults in the back of our for short journeys and it’s perfectly serviceable. Getting in and out is admittedly a bit of a pain, but it’s an easy forgive when the rest of the car is so much fun.
