Fail today, one thing I have taken from Cardle is how basic a lot of wing mirrors are. In isolation look to be no part of a high end car!!

Kicking myself today - I got it right in my head on the 2nd image but then proceeded to doubt myself and tried other things before coming back to the right answer on the final guess. A poorly 5, I think 3 yesterday, these wing mirrors are making it hard to get it first time! Not helped by today's seemingyl being mismatched to the car, I wonder if it's not the original - it's curved body is completely at odds with the era's straight edges.

Looking at others on Google images the standard car has what look like black plastic mirrors from a Rover Metro/100

Total fail for me today. Losing all my PH cool points here but a lot of 70s Italian supercars (aside from really obvious ones like the Countach) kinda look the same to me, so I was never going to get that one

Can people avoid posting clues or at the very least try hiding them behind a “Spoiler Alert”

Would it not be more reasonable to just not check the thread until you’ve completed todays?

What sort of common sense is that?

We’ve done this recently. I said the same, but hadn’t factored in time zones. Spoiler tags appropriate, I now believe. smile

yes Google(bot) mentioned a car having a non standard bodykit, I was seeing a standard car, Google(bot) was seeing the car with non standard or later model parts that i'd see the next day.

I don't come here until I've done the car for the day, and I'll spoiler anything about it unless it's very very... very vague. Saying something vague like a car is a 16v model or usually had clear indicators might just be a clue that gives something away. I'm fine with spoiler tags here.

I don't know the model names. I thought they were numbers. I tried googling that non-ICE car released a few years ago that was styled very much like an Aston Martin and that would have been last guess if I could remember it.

Got it only on last go. Pleased really as I don't want my brain storing info on cars I can't stand
