Tall upright side and that iconic trim detail looking too short for a you-know-what convinced me that it was an suv....all 5 goes needed to pin it down today! And that's with a couple featuring in the spotted thread in the last week!

By three it was obvious. Utterly clueless on the first photo.

Only got it on the fifth attempt, due to spelling it incorrectly on the first guess, then presuming it must be another car. No mistaking that last pic though

Took me three. Started with Reliant Scimitar which I didn't think was too far off in the end. When it wasn't that I knew what it was, could see it in my mind, but couldn't bring the name to the fore. So I wasted my second guess on Ford Cortina. Then I sat there looking at the bonnet/windscreen/wipers picture while the image in my head was that iconic rear glass lid. Eventually I dragged the name from the depths. Got me worried now that I should be taking a dementia test if I can't remember the name of such a distinctive car...
