Imagine having bought the V12 Speedster and now they come up with a much better looking version. I'd be furious.
I've been wanting to ask this question myself but assumed that because nobody had done so far that there was an obvious reason I was missing for it not to be a factor. Does seem strange that the Speedster was only delivered to customers in 2021 and yet here we are in 2022 and there is already a replacement though.
AML said they were building 88 Speedsters ... maybe they only sold 64 and have therefore repurposed the last 24 into DBR22s. scratchchin

Limited edition ££m 'concept' cars don't float my boat.

Keith Helfet did this kind of thing with his F Type Concept 20 years ago, and where did that get us? If Aston Martin can't produce cars for the up and coming young executive, they may as well pack up shop.

We already know what Multimatic can do. Let's see the updated mainstream AM GT and Sports cars.

What a beautifully elegant and well resolved example of automotive design that DBR1 is.

This post perfectly showcases why less is often more.

I read the article . I looked at the picture of the DBR1 and couldn’t remember much about what I’d just read . There have not been many other cars , road or racing , that ever matched it for form and function .

I certainly would not be amused if this happened shortly after delivery
