PH definition of an enthusiastic Aston owner is 2000 miles in 7 years 😳
Either they couldn’t afford the running costs at < 300 miles p.a or they are like all the rest - an enthusiastic Aston speculator.

Had it occurred to you that they might have a large number of cars to enjoy… or that there was this thing called COVID that impacted the number of miles many people were doing?

This is the automotive equivalent of a beautiful woman with too much badly applied make-up on.

Hard pass.

I remember a drive in identical car when they were new through a family friend.
Going at speed down a country lane with the splitters and body kit scraping all over the place.
That and my head keep hitting the roof over them!
Seemed madness in a car at that price when it was new.
The particular one I knew had the upgraded carbon roof and centre locking wheels. It was something special.

Yeah...... I think you need to look behind you, as something just flew by.

Daft price, but what isn't these days?

It's a no from me though. As a road car, I'd prefer the standard V12 vantage with a manual gearbox.

As a track car, there are better options.

Plus driving that on the road, I'd feel a bit of a Div.
Not just me then.

I don't believe so, only the Sportshift 'box.

The GT8 was available with manual or Sportshift though.

So, if it flew by, what would be behind me to see?

No you don’t need a manual. You are not as good a driver as you think you are.

Alternatively, it could be the equivalent of a beautiful woman who has layed off the chocolate for a bit and actually gone to the gym.

Really don't like that stupid wing on the back. Totally ruins the cars lines and just doesn't work visually.

The one off GT12 Roadster they made for a private commission however is completely cloud9

I agree. The GT12 looks great, but the wing just isn't styled anything like the rest of it. I appreciate it's more function than form in a car like this, but if you've gone to that much trouble to make the rest of the car look nice it seems a bit daft to then plop a Demon Tweaks spoiler on the back.

Having said that, there is a newish Vantage F1 Edition near me and this GT12 looks much more attractive and better proportioned. Would happily live with the ugly wing.
