GTO Engineering were using fuel injection and it does have a few different engine capacities. I am sure they will be far more reliable than the genuine thing.
Ah, OK. I suspect still not hugely useable, but perhaps you could rely on it starting! The GTO car does still strike me as a very occasional toy rather than a real, usable car, but maybe that's unfair.

The RML car seems like it'll be pretty usable, but looks totally off. Take your pick!

I actually like the Smit Oletha, if we're talking front-engine vaguely resto mods, and they're apparently now offering it with a straight six as well as the original V8 format.
Which GTO Engineering car are you referring to as fuel injected? Their SWB Revival car posted above is still on carbs. It is only the Squalo which will feature fuel injection, if they ever build one. https://www.gtoengineering.com/squalo

I was talking about the Revival car, which I thought was on carbs but the other poster seemed to imply was fuel injected.

Carbs fine for a garage queen that's rarely driven. Wouldn't fancy them for a car I wanted to really drive and enjoy.
