My 16v was near faultless, only let me down once, a wiring issue with the immobiliser. I also did several track days, where I was actually quicker in the wet than most other cars.
The rear of the roof did rust though, I blame the rubber strip Lancia fitted at the top of the tailgate, which rubbed on the roof every time it was opened/closed.
I would buy this group N spec one instead though at £49,500 with fewer miles.

I think these are one of the best looking hatchback cars ever, just so right, it’s almost got an air of a stretched mk1 Golf about it, but don’t they share a designer ?
However, can see the appeal but half the money on a GR Yaris for me, I know it will be good and not be a pain in the rear, leave these for those with collections.
GR Yaris will end up in that kind of price range eventually I expect.
There is always the Celica GT4, not as good looking but still pretty iconic.

I have had three, starting in 99, and still have one.
The first was brilliant, everyday use and no breakdowns. I like the 8v and 16v as they have twin exhausts and nice wheels. The 16v had a hydraulic clutch cylinder failure which I think cost 100quid to fix, used everyday.
Present evo 1 over 8 years had one electrical failure, it is a particularly nice car. Yes a bad one can be an expense but I think that is true of many cars.

I always preferred the Ritmo (Strada) & Regata to the Delta & Prisma. So a 130TC would still be my choice. Could buy 2 immaculate ones for the price of this Delta.
I agree to that one, a Ritmo 130TC Abarth feels directer and sportier if I remember it well (30+ years ago lol) also a Nissan Sunny GTI-R feels better (ok a bit lowered and a inch or 2 bigger wheels)yes the Intergrale is faster then a Ritmo 130TC Abarth and say a Evo or 16V is a bit cooler? but yes, the Ritmo feels more special I think (standard to standard)

I know of at least 5 that could be sold......for the right price of course.
Back in the day I had the full fat Integrale- all the spoilers etc etc
I was driving enthusiastically (!) early one Sunday morning and was stopped near Reading by an un-marked police car
He asked me why was I driving so fast
I replied- with words to the effect that its a Lancia I have to get home quick before the rust makes it impossible to drive
He laughed and let me go
Now it s speed cameras etc
Happy times- great car- but a money pit for repairs both mechanical and bodywork
But at the right price I'd have one again in a hearbeat as a Sunday Toy

I never realised the second gen HF was only FWD. I’d always kind of fancied one of these as think they’re a good looking car, but if they don’t have the same drivetrain as the earlier Integrale then that’s a bit of a party pooper!Pereldh said:

As someone else said, they're the rarest of all the 4WD Delta iterations now too, so one to look out for. A friend has a rally car that is an ex-press car and was lightly modified by Prodrive for some demo events in the late 1980s.
There's also one on eBay at the moment, but it's listed as an Integrale amusingly.

yes its FWD and I do not like FWD cars I say now hahah, but in the past I had a lot FWD also a lot RWD, but say around the good Peugeot 205 GTI time's, I loved the cars as in what they could give the driver in cheap driving-fun so to speak, they were also light and you can feel that too, it was the package.
But if you say, dear GTRene, I want to give you a pressent and you can choose between a good Integrale Evo or a good Fiat 130TC Abarth? I would take the Evo, but not for that its giving you more driving-fun, because in normal cases it does not give you that above the Fiat.
Its alike say, a Porsche 911 is a great fast car looks ok as well, but I remember a TVR Griffith is way more of an event even in a 30km/h zone or on slow routes or in normal situations, so it gives you more driving-fun at most normal speeds, not a better ride, but more character? more vibes?

Did they even sell the 155 Q4 in the UK? I do know they made around 2700, all LHD.

Yes, that is a shame I guess if they had made a full fat 2nd generation Integrale we would have heard about it before now. 
I’ve had my Evo 2 since 2007. Love it and never once thought of selling it. It’s been fantastically reliable too, and has given me no bother. I’ve done 35,000 miles in it and it’s just ticked over 100,000. Nowhere near as quick as my daily driver but the positive side is you can use all its performance and have great fun on the road at sensible speeds. If you’re out in it, you have to be prepared to speak to people wherever you go, but the attention is universally positive. One of the great cars.
