As promised, one for the caption competition wink ...

Hmm, where was the other picture? The one with her head in the footwell whilst tinkering with the ECU? Better rear end than on any of the cars we saw wink

hehe

Holy feck, my very first trackday experience: next to David Yu in his tweaked (biggest Brembo's I'd ever seen, changed rear-suspension, 570 brake hot-cammed 7 litre) Z06! All this on the most famous track of the world. Some maiden voyage!
nono Hmm Dink, no mention of you seeing your Belgian Waffles again after your lap in the Z06? hehe

Made it back ok then mate?

No one has mentioned the hour of phaffing on the side of the road in the dark sorting out TCs dead battery yet. Must have been a sight for the locals? An eclectic mix of cars what 12 cars sitting on the roadside with hazards flashing, from an Audi, via TVRs to a Diablo. Funny though hehe

I'm sure the pics and stories of that one will turn up Fubes. We've only scratched the surface yet:

Feel free to dump here wink

Its coz he's a lazy git!

Reminds me of the Cerburgring trip, when my car broke down and I was the only one with clean hands hehe

Aw thank you... bowtie I must say the sight of Phil's Diablo VT and TC's Cerb making their way though the night in front of me, with the occasional flames enaminating from the Cerb, was a big motivator to stay in touch. It was one of the more evocative automotive experiences hitherto - had my window partially down all the way so I could listen to the symphony of the Lambo Vee Twelve and a brace of AJP8s... bliss... cloud9

Hope the damage on yours is not to bad... your 4.5 is simply stunning. yes The driver who rear ended you should be summoned for damaging a work of art.

We thought we could keep up with you lot thanx to the Smart actually wink

We needed 3rd and 4th to stay in touch but it really did the Pug well. She's running smooth and picks up a tad quicker. Lovely nightriders convoy, we must do that more often (I have an idea for the spring). I think it's best left to Sinc to give us 'the story' from the first hand biggrin

Glad to hear it was just a bunch of cables. Did anyone met The Stoat BTW?

Hi All,

just writing to say a big thanks for all the fun and to comiserate with Dink as I lost the battle to keep my breakfast down, 90 mins after TheBoss had taken me out in the Lambo hurl !! I don't know how I'll be able to repay you Phil but I won't forget it.
I don't think lap times count if Light actually bends on the pathway from the watch to your eyes ?

Two of my favourite quotes from the weekend:
1) Suzanne Schmit (sister of Sabine and manager of the Pistenklause) "So what is a piston ?"
2) Fubar: "Yeah, they didn't have any (sweatshirts) in XXL so i had to take one in XL..........It's snug though !"

Also Double Thumbs for the Dulford Boys, Rich and Col, who got TC, ZZ and Uncle Bulgaria going again - Top Men !! clapbow
