They're fine cars Dink - but did we really need it three times on three different posts?

Thanks for the bump. Missed this first time round.

Why is it ze Germans are making British roadsters better than we can?

You are a complete and utter ba****d!!!!!

Look here; I'm 61 years old, haven't got a bean and you re-light what can only be described as 'Car Lust'.

I used to have a BMW Z1. Bloody good car, opened my eyes to what roadster motoring should be about. But...it was pedestrian in the performance department. I then stumbled across the Wiesmann.

As the for the pictures above.
Any one. Any one of them would do for me. Pure automotive porn.

Thanks for the pictures.

Unfortunately I think that's managed to lose a lot of the purity of the design. The standard coupé is a much better looker.
Agreed.

I first noticed the Weismann in Berlin last year while visiting the wifes family.
I say noticed, as I just heard this georgeous exhaust note coming from what I originally thought was a kit car vaguely based on an early Jaguar moving away from the traffic lights in Kurferstendamm.
It wasn't until a couple of days later on a visit to a new shopping mall in Steglitz that I saw one up close and personal so to speak.
It was just stood there totally without shame flaunting those sleek lines at anyone that cared to take notice.
A British Racing Green Weismann Roadster. I was smittencloud9
The shine and finish of the paintwork was so deep you could have drowned in it and with the oatmeal leather interior it just screamed modern classic.

Needless to say if I can ever justify spending that sort of money on a car the Weismann would be first choice for me.
