The crash has happened on McRaes land, unconfirmed reports are coming through that it was McRaes helicopter that came down.

Hi there,

According to the BBC, two people have now been lost in this tragic accident.

It will be a terrible loss to the families involved, my thoughts go out to them.

Regards

Tim

Also now confirmed the type of helicopter, same as colin owns ( Squirrel )

Hopefully its just coincidental / circumstantial that it relates to Mr McRae's details....

Still terrible for those involved, even if its nothing to do with the rally ace...

Updated:- helicopter has been confirmed as registered to Colin McRae.....

As much as its a bad thing for anyone involved i'm going to be absolutely gutted if it's Colin McRae.
Sky News are saying the helicopter is registered to Colin McRae.

Police have confirmed that there were no survivors.

I think we'll likely be waking up to bad news in the morning.

The article does say though that he is "feared" dead - still no confirmation.

I, like us all really hope he isn`t.
