New Performance Car mag - 1st issue

I subscribed. Will not renew. Its just not that well written, the photography is average, and not really of interest to me. I can see if you were a hot hatch fan it might be very relevant.

Got issue 4 the other day. Lovin it... I actually think the photography was pretty good,especially in the corsa vxr article. Liked the fact they compared the VXR8 against the lotus carlton, made a nice little feature. Happy with my subscription. I can already see how the mag has pogressed from issue to issue, I wonder what it will look like in 12 months? I'm actually looking forward to the next issue dropping through my door. Havent felt like that about EVO for ages

I thought the latest issue was pretty good, although I admit I finished it very quickly, so that could be taken either way.

I love hot hatches, so its right up my street, I like the format of having a main road test of just one car. I like group tests, but its nice to have that format like Autocar do.

I'd like to see it do well, its nice to have an EVO alternative. It would be even better if PC had the chaps from Drivers Republic too. I just can't get on with that online format and I'd sooner take a slightly poorer quality printed mag than a top notch online one. All IMHO.

The one on buying the second hand SL55, and getting biblical power from it was a good read and fitted in with the magazine imo, but the brand new SL AMG 60-somthing-whatever had no place in the magazine in my mind.

where's the c3t5 vs st vs 3mps test? or even in a dull way where's the c3 vs focus vs 3 1.6d test (all exactly the same engine..).
