Presumably it's white 'cos it lives around the Gulf somewhere & darker coloured cars tend to get a bit hot inside.

The beauty of the G55AMG (at least in Europe) is that is does not need to conform to passenger car noise regulations (given its max weight) but commercial veicle ones, which are much laxer Making Ken even madder

It is brilliant in a mental sort of way .... in the same way that it makes sense to build a family car that does 0-60 in 4.2 seconds (TVR Cerbera).

Having owned a G-Wagen, I would be veeeery worried about bends in the road,, though

I'd rather have the BMW X5 with the Le Mans engine in it (Evo did an article a while back). That would probably be quicker.
