Well, if they're looking for a factory and workforce to build it there's both available here in Blackpool, and the wages bill would be far lower than down south.

why is that Lee Noble seems to implode just as he is getting somewhere...? I rather suspect that he went hunting for investors who understandably wanted an input into where there money was going, LN had a strop and walked. I could be wildly off here, and its sheer speculation. Does anyone know what has happened..? Its a real shame.
I do know what happended, but at the moment I cannot say too much for fear of creating problems for Lee. I can only say that things are not good for Lee at the moment but he does have my full backing and that of many others. He also has my trust and faith and belief that the accusations about him published in a Leicestershire newspaper today are, to the main extent, unfounded. I hope Lee gets a chance to clear his name and reputation.

There will be, naturally, some speculation, when changes are made and that is only to be expected. Some, in fact most, of the speculation I have heard and read recently is incorrect and misguided to my understanding. It may be that some of it is by design but I cannot really comment on that, only speculate.

The new car (M600)is the last "true" Noble that will come out of the factory and off the design board. Just look at it, it almost screams "Lee Noble". Look at the M12 and the pictures of the M14 / M15's and you can see the M600's heritage.

Lee could be a pedantic pain at the best of times, but he never deserved what he is having to endure currently. He is misguided as a businessman but very talented as a designer and engineer. He can also be very generous when he wants to be, in monetary terms and in guidance. There are people working at Noble who owe Lee an awful lot. Well, I presume they are still there as I have not visited for over a year now. I am though in regular contact with him.

With regards to Lee going hunting for investors. I am convinced that Lee had no choice in this matter and I firmly believe he had to sell out to Dyson to save the company and the jobs of his employees. It would have been easier for him to walk away, but that is not Lee Noble. As I said earlier, many people owe quite a bit to Lee. It may be that they either do not know it or care to ignore it.

I loved my M12 day's, all varients but I will never own another Noble unless it is made by and designed by Lee. The new car looks great but for me Noble without Lee Noble is a bit pointless. Like many others, I loved the M12. As Clarkson said, it was the best British car around. Why it is now only available in the USA and with a new name I can only guess. How long before the M600 is also a USA car is anybody's guess I suppose?

Anyway, I sincerely hope that everyone reading this sends Lee there very own best wishes in whatever medium they can. he needs his freinds and supporters more now than ever before in my opinion.

These allegations then?

Google makes findding this kind of stuff too easy...

Not sure I believe a word of it - sounds like bad blood all round - but figured it might as well go on the thread for proper debate rather than hinting..

Anyway I was one of those that took my M15 deposit back and I'll be sticking with my proper british sports car from Malvern for the forseeable smile

I just wanted to say that as a new contributor to the forums I did not want to post a link when I shouldn't. Glad you did it though Mr Tony. You can imagine how Lee and his family are feeling at the moment now maybe?
