Are you suggesting it's not aesthetically pleasing?

Right, I'll go with a few pics of something a little more personal then. This is the family race car, I've been working on it since it was just a shell when I was 11 and have graduated to the role of crew chief. In 2007 we became National Champions as well as speed record holders, the car is also the quickest and fastest of it's type anywhere in Europe (non tube frame).

Personal best for the car so far is a 7.612 quarter mile at 184.57 mph. 0-60 is around 0.9 seconds and she accelerates to 150mph in 4.8 seconds from a standstill.

Anyway...

And a video for good measure...

Love this peak, it's like catching a cheeky glimpse up a girl's skirt.wink

By "quickest and fastest" do you mean, lowest time across the quarter and highest top speed over the quarter? I'm not really au fait with drag racing parlance.

lol

i had to sign on for a month in between jobs.

first time i pulled into the car park in my 911

2 weeks later i pulled up in a 3 week old range rover vogue (rental car from Porsche as id bust the clutch on the 911!)

then will26 said he went in his gallardo and I felt well and truly beaten.
