As it's in Surrey, I can't even afford your garage, never mind the house.
But be so kind to stick a link up...
Thanks

I presume you don't need to go to the gym on the way home from work as the walk up from the garage is sufficient!http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prope...

Although I already have a 911, I am absolutely no where near even having a deposit for this house.http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prope...
If you ever need an apprentice for what you do, let me know please...!

No pictures of the big selling point, the inside of the garage and what's above it.
Agents rarely seem to bother. We viewed a few places where the agents didn't even have keys to the garages. They were generally places where the garage was a selling point (to me at least). Very frustrating.acme said:
Appreciated, suspect they all are!
Looking to do the same and hide the mechanism behind the oak.
Have the same door I believe.Looking to do the same and hide the mechanism behind the oak.
Internals look like above.
Few points:
- Black is often not warranted.
- Remember to sort internal switch prior to install.
- Only go for car lighter switch if you have another means of exiting garage.

- why's black not warranted?
- when you say internal switch you mean for the electrics? My preference is for manual doors, though unsure if you can get them
- when you say car cigarette lighter you mean the key fob for the electric door, do they fail often then - if I was forced to go electric?
Thanks

- Black is not warranted by Hormann due to heat issues when in direct sunlight. Was not asked to sign a disclaimer re this though, but know it was said at point of ordering.- why's black not warranted?

- You just need a plug point placed top left of door inside.
- Bought 2xremotes to go in car cigarette lighters. Should have thought it through, as my garage only has the garage door as an exit so the standard key ring remote is required whenever car placed in garage.

That's an odd one re not being warranted, what's a garage door cost circa £1k, and they don't warranty!
I assume the plug in ones automatically open as you approach or something? My preference is manual doors, I've experienced a variety of issue with auto doors in the past and can't really be doing with them! A lot of hassle for little benefit is my feeling.

It's nice to be able to press a button and drive into your garage when it's pissing with rain. That's an odd one re not being warranted, what's a garage door cost circa £1k, and they don't warranty!
