RR
Your opinion on the styling, fair enough.

Not a real Porsche?

Now your a cock.
No I'm not a "cock" as you so plainly put it. A real Porsche for me, is one where the engine is 5 miles behind the rear axle, and wants to kill you on a country B-road in the wet as you change down a gear for the upcoming corner. Oh, and learn how to use proper syntax, as used in the word "You're".

You might not like the styling, that is your prerogative but as you've not even got a driving licence yet I think writing the Boxster (note spelling) off as not a proper Porsche is stupid.

I have access to Porsches worth up to £500,000 each, have driven GT2s with 650BHP, a Ruf that will do 211mph, all sorts, and I think that a Boxster is a great car, nice to drive, easy to live with, a good all round package.

So the 911 is the only real Porsche to you? What about the 968? 962? The Carrera GT that spawned this whole argument? Plus too many others to mention that aren't rear engined...

I'll give you an honest opinion.

Your cars look st, along with any other MR2/boxter based replica. Your an idiot for thinking it looks cool and that poeple are amazed at your would be wealth, anyone can tell it isn't real and when I see someone in a car like yours I am not thinking wow, my primary thought is "What a poor freindless wker"

Your order books maybe full, but this proves a well spoken point. The general public are idiots, ergo your customers are idiots, QED your products are st.

Untill you stop driving around in that heap and stop pretending to yourself and others that you are a rich and smart man you will continue to be labelled an idiot.
scratchchin

The guy asked for an opinion of the car. Whilst you are entitled to insult/praise the car, it doesn't give you the right to call the man an idiot.

I wish I was in the position to be 'stupid' enough to have people come and buy an expensive product that apparently on-one likes.
I have to disagree Rob, the post above sums it all up for me. It is S H I T E. Full stop.

Cheers,

Steve.

Very good. Well done, my English teacher would be so proud of you.

You clearly dont have any idea at all, having no experience of 911 or Boxster iterations of Porsche, how each behaves. In real life, you probably haven't even driven anything RWD yet, so I'd keep your opinions to yourself for now on that.

By your ridiculous, childish and ill-informed views, the CGT would not be a real Porsche either, its engine being in front of the rear wheels? Am I right?

In my opinion, yes. And I expect every single one of you to respect my opinion since I am entitled to it. If course I do like other Porsches, but they aren't as heart-racing for me than the 911. Sorry to say. I do like the sound of the CGT though. scratchchin

It's strange you know, the CGT sat opposite me in my office looks pretty damn like a real Porsche to me although I may be proven wrong by our licenceless friend here

No I haven't driven anything RWD yet, had you even been paying attention to my previous posts, you'd have worked that out. You would also have worked out that I'm not worried about how they drive, apart the car trying to kill you comment, it's about how they look for me. However, yes I am of the opinion that the CGT is not a Porsche of the same stature that I like. Oh, and thanks. What's your English teacher's name?

Are you serious?

Have you driven a Boxster? I personally haven't, so I certainly wouldn't slate it.

You don't even have a license?

I was under the impression it was generally regarded as one of the best cars in its class?

I can only assume when you purchase your first car, that it's going to be the top of range model in that Marque?
In order...Yes, no, yes (provisional), probably and no, but can you say you did? I'm not doubting that it's a CAPABLE car, I don't like the LOOKS. Read my posts before you slate me smile

RR
Unfortunately I have been reading your posts. You were saying it isn't a real Porsche.

So, because you don't like the looks of the Boxster, it isn't a real Porsche?

blah.

Its like Twincam Mk2. It'll only be a few more posts until we learn how tricky the GT3RS is at the limit in the wet through Schwadenkreuz soon.
