I think suckered is closer to the truth, I mean it's not like it's a new product, it's essentially an LP640 with an elaborate body kit a new dash and a few tweaks here and there and 4 times the price.
I'd take the LP640 thanks.

Apparently the ponies are pouring out of the engine. I know Italian build quality isn't great but for £800k...

Still don't see the point in this car over a standard LP640?

People with far too much money buying a gimick. LP640 with bodykit and digital display.

However, I'd happily buy one of the two Veyrons thay have up for sale. If only....

Reventon looks a bit st only parked in a normal street? Eh? What? Its *always* looked st! Especially so to anybody who has worked in the mil aviation industry and fell over laughing at the "inspired by F22" drivel that Lambo came out with at the time.

A standard Murci is a much cleaner design. The Reventon was just a "money out of mugs" exercise.
Spot on.

Some 18yr old decides to stick daft body panels on their car to make it look like a fighter plane, pics go on barryboys, everyone laughs at him.

Lambo decides to mould daft panels to make their car look like a fighter plane, world bows down before them and applauds. WTF?!

It looks ridiculous.

I was at Symbolic Cars in San Diego last Saturday - unfortunatley the Reventon was at Silicon Valley. I hear it's up for sale at $1.8M. I think the car is just stunning......

They did have enough other cars to keep me interested, however - it's a stunning show room - and everyone is so approachable.

That's a fanastic car. Ok, the price is a high, but the styling is just drop dead gorgeous.

If you think it's s**t then that's your opinion but I bet you couldn't create anything better.

It's just a styling excercise but the creative talent and work that's gone into has to admired.

If you've got £800K then price isn't going to be an issue.

A work of art. Although I can't afford such things as a lifelong lover of fast cars I'm very glad that they exist for me to appreciate from afar.

I thought exactly the same thing, looks a bit kit car to me. Where would you put the front number plate on that car.

Is it just me or does anyone else get an image (when they read or hear that name of this car) of that grey haired american gentleman, that did the dodgy sales adverts on tv - about buying the best electric shavers in the world ?

I like it, but if i had the money i'd have a hundred other cars instead - and i mean literally have another hunderd cars, just love driving different cars. Lets face it, these car sprobably don't even get driven.

is it just me or does this particular Reventon look like the delorean from back to the future from the back? the front pic looks awesome but the rear and side profile make it look like, dare i say... a kit car?

Love the advert in pistonheads classifieds. "serious buyers only". I was going to buy it for the wife for a joke until I read that!

Beautiful car though in the same way as Bridget Nielson was in Rocky 4. And if you are looking to spend near £1m on a car this would be a contender, looks much better than an F1 or Bugatti.

Personally though I would probably spend my million on 8 or 10 other cars instead. Gotta fill the garage somehow.

LP640 looks miles better.

As someone said a while ago, if this had been the work of an aftermarket tuner everyone would be calling it horrid and a waste of a good Murci.

Never a good looking car and parked on the street it looks even more stupid, something for the next knight rider series perhaps.
