I've just seen one of these and have been thinking about it all day...

Saw one of these in white on the M40 last weekend with a German plate, right hand drive, with twin exhaust and a ring sticker on the back. Did a nice dump valve psssstttt when changing down and pulling away at roundabout.

Im sure he has done some nice tweaks to the engine as they do not come with a Turbie !!!!!!

Was very nice and moved very quick
I thought more models came with turbo's than didn't?

I can, and do spend an astonishing amount of time thinking about cars, and driving them. Rarely supercars I have to say. Its the performance that appeals, not the looks. Today I have mostly been obsessing about...
The 135i Coupe
[pic][/pic]

The Alfa 159ti
[pic][/pic

The BMW 840ci
[pic][/pic]

The RUF RT12
[pic][/pic]

And the only supercar I would probably buy (only today, of course)
The RUF CTR3

You don't know why you're obsessing about it?!

It's because they're amazing!

They were very underrated cars, and was overshadowed by the M3

I still think there's just something special about it that makes me like it over the M3

If you ask someone if they know about the M3, they'll say yes

,but if you ask the same person about the 190E Cosworth, they'll have no idea what it is

I'm seriously considering buying one of these next.
There's a nice looking one for sale here and not bad at £5,450. Go on, you know you want too.

It's funny you mention that one, I've been looking at it for a few days now, very tempted. £1500 a year for servicing isn't too bad I suppose, my old 840 was worse than that!

I cannot get the Audi S1 rally cars out if my head. It's been months now and that sound is still haunting me.

Are there any road cars which come close( focus st? Rs?)

Fair enough. And it won't depriciate much!

Beware of the TRX (metric) tyres: Expensive, difficult to find, and really poor grip. But great for going sideways... Judging by the aftermarket alloys on that grey one, I'd guess it's on imperials.

I came across one in a car park this weekend gone, brand new, gleaming, jet black.

It was all could do to drive round and round it in circles; one of the most stunningly realised cars I have ever beheld.

Glad I am not the only one who does this smile

Normally it is started off by a particular car I see on the way to work - only once did I let it go too far and bought one of my obsession cars (a Volvo 480). Big mistake, was a bad car and I got my fingers burned with that.

Today I have been mostly obsessing over E39s. I obsess over them a lot, and whenever we think about changing a car they crop up. Even convinced Mrs cv01jw that they are good and talked her around her phobia of the BMW badge, but I can never summon the courage to actually buy one.

Does this mean I am not a true PH?
