Scam. I mean who, who I say, is actually called Melanie Poppins FFS?

Sounds like a Nigerian who has watched too many Disney films complemented by a fondness for Stock, Aitken and Waterman's classic 'one hit wonders'

yes

Love the fact the scammer lopped 30k off the mileage of a car they don't even own.

Funfgate Part IV:

She's booked in next week for another wallet raping session; this time it's the rear ball joints and the propshaft coupling that have met their maker.

So far, I'm sticking with the tradition of a large bill for each month I've owned the car. This latest one should take the running costs thus far well into the £5k mark smile

Pass me the crack pipe.
Creme de menthe. That's ridiculous. With a big R.

It it helps (it will), I've had my 540i about as long as you've had your M5, and in the same time it has cost me £150 in repairs, plus about £30 for the parts to do a service when I got it.

And it'll do 155mph.

AND, going down the motorway at 0.7 leptons, it's just as quick as an M5 doing 0.7 leptons.

Just a thought.
love you too Dan hehe
hehe Don't you love the ever-optimists.
You bring the spade and I'll sort out the duct-tape yeah?
Have I missed a party?

This is up for sale on another forum.

E28 M5 #172

Stripped out inside, he's looking for £5k for it.

I've been round Snetterton in it and it's about as quick as an E36 M3 - nice car, good price. The owner is a proper E28 nut too.

Not the best spec. but that wouldn't bother me too much.

This seems straight enough...

Good call.

One of these days (perhaps sooner rather than later) I'll wake up, realise/admit that one of my cars is criminally underused, the other a duffer and combine the two with one full fat M3; walking away with a useful amount of cash in the process.

Maybe.

That E46 is rather lovely and a do-it-all car from what I can see. Comfy and quiet for those long haul trips yet still put in a tidy lap or two.

And it's a manual.

When you put it like that, it makes huge sense. I would find it very difficult to say goodbye to your two current steeds if they were mine mind, but I do get a good feeling about that E46. scratchchin
