Very nice. Mine would need a deeper dish like these:

I'd love a set - trouble is I haven't got three grand spare! banghead

Thanks for all the positive comments guys.
The Rondell alloys do divide opinion but it's about 70:30 in favour so I can live with them.
Anything is better than censored metrics though!

BTW I drove a tweaked Corrado VR6 once and it was a great car with a peach of an engine.

I have a friend who has a M635 csi 150,000 miles I think its a D plate and not been started for a good while, cloth not leather but it will be a bargain for someone who has time to do it up.

I thought you might be pleased biggrin

I like the car, but (like others have said) it needs clear lights and less dished wheels for me. Nice otherwise.

yeah, but on a propper car, not a FWD shopping trolley wink
Shopping trolleys are pushed from the back...

Anyway, I have an M3 now but the Corrado VR6 was a fine handling motor especially on country roads.

Never heard a Corrado VR6 called a shopping trolley, you best own at least a 911 to put out a comment like that.
Calm down dear. Only pulling your leg. hence the wink.

I had a corrado VR6, superb car:

FYI i have an M5 now.

I'd take an old 6 series over the new one everytime, shame cars won't look anything like this again because of european crash tests, wheels on this one look good, lovely dish on them, think i would have kept the amber indicators for that retro look, but otherwise a great car,

What????? Nine comments and no one mentioned it???

No standard wheels and clear indicators?????? That's not a proper BMW anymore smile
Try reading the comments again beacuse it was already mentioned... and in the story too!
Read it, and noticed the comments in there... (hint: there was a bit of sarcasm in my remark, as, even with the non standard wheels and clear indicators, it's a fine looking car)

Want: 99.9999%
Need: 0.01%

Utterly gorgeous cars, all 80's 6 serries, but especially the Ms.

When I was eleven, my mates dad got a new 635i. This was the first real 'sports' car I ever rode in and even as a snot nosed kid, more interested in my BMX than cars, you could 'feel' how different the car rode to anything else I'd ever been in. I always thought this (and his 7 series) clearly rode far 'flatter' - less body roll - than anything else I'd been in, and that straight six, in the mid eighties, when 0-60's were mostly well north of ten seconds for more 'mortal' machinery, was awesome.

It's hard now to remember just what rarefied territory the BMW 6 series (and the Jag XJS for that matter) occupied.

The new 6 series is the best looking of the Bangle BMW`s.

Wow they would look fantastic but as you say £3k is alot for a wheel upgrade. BBS LM's are nearer the £2k mark also.

Scho - Nice VR6!

M cars are the way forward for the time being. CSL or 911 next!
