C4
As opposed to a C2?Barely any difference. Ive driven enough c2's, and perhaps on a track you might notice a slight difference but not on the road as a day to day driver

I can't sort out a picture from here, but don't forget the Alfasud. Fabulous little motor.
That's a sad picture.

I only test drove the EVO (VIII FQ-320 etc ad infintum..) as i only test drove the 996 C4 and decided i much prefered the C2 (to me it felt completley different, but what do i know).
I have nothing against electronics, i just didnt like the lack of feel in the EVO, which was a similar concern i had with the RS4 and M5's i tried...

But I bow to your driving ability!
it's nothing to do with ability but more to do with feeling the weight over the frontdrive a 911 long enough and you'll be able to feel the difference between a full and empty fuel tank

How did a c4 and a c2 feel different in a test drive Fidg? Genuinely curious as thier characteristics are in theory almost identical unless you are sliding sideways or getting the rear end around a corner?I have nothing against electronics, i just didnt like the lack of feel in the EVO, which was a similar concern i had with the RS4 and M5's i tried...
As regards teh lack of feel in an Evo- you just havent spent enough time in one.
I couldn't agree more about the M5 and Rs4- exactly my sentiments.
it was a while ago, but i think i had test drove 2 C2's, then tried a C4 and remember finding it didnt seem to turn in the same - i found it heavier and less agile i guess..
It was only a 10 minute test drive but i came away not liking the drive anywhere as much as i did the previous ones, now it could have been that particular car, as i havent driven a C4 since..
