Just what is happening to Pistonheads over the last few weeks? People saying that they'd rather see an X6M because a hard top Z4M with the M3's 400bhp V8 would be "gay", and then when anyone dares to differ they get sworn at; and then on another thread someone has declared that someone with £10k should be a Z3M coupé because "Boxsters are ghey", not because the steering feel's better, or it's more reliable, or faster, more beautiful, or handles better etc, but because a Boxster is "ghey". Where have all the car enthusiasts gone? the literate and intelligent people whose posts I enjoy reading like heebeegee, twincam16, jackal, etc etc?? Everyone on here these days seem to be purely interested in how macho/gay they look in their cars, or how many toys it's got, and then contribute to threads with the language of an under-achieving schoolkid. Such a shame.

And i am just tired of people slating BMW or who ever for making a car we should welcome even if its not our cup of tea , and X6 is not or will ever be a "turd" and we should be happy that in todays economic climate big manufacturers are producing such vehicles
