Thats an absolute stunner, with genuine 80's street cred. Only ten minutes away from me too.
It's also on Ebay if you're keeping an eye on ithttp://cgi.ebay.co.uk/audi-coupe-gt5e_W0QQitemZ260...
Nice pick for SOTW, but have to agree with the posters ref the four pot, it must be like driving a golf with a garden shed on the roof......
Used to have an 87 2.3GT, straight five, tornado red, purred lovely and was heaps of fun in the corner. Had a transplanted brown tiger effect quattro interior long before Ashes to Ashes thought of it, and trick numberplate E27 GTS... That said it was an electrical hobgoblin, main beams caused things to fuse and be smoky, and i was intimately acquantied with the distributor cap.....
How do you find out if cars are still around- someone earlier mentioned a website? anyone know the add?

Lago blue is a sort of stealth colour - I had a 2226 non turbo coupe quattro and then a 2226 MB quattro turbo both in that colour. Both cars used to scare the living pants off people by looming out of the gloom at warp speed.
Heres the coupe quattro:
And here's my old turbo (as featured in Wikipedia):
Does anyone know if E50JBC is still alive?
