Are Michelin Pilot Primacy directional?

Just had four fitted to my Merc and they look just like those fitted above.
Can't comment on grip yet, as they're not really 'scrubbed in' yet, but seem okay. I will say, however, that road noise levels are much lower than that of the P6000s they replaced, and they are a lot less crashy over the numerous potholes blighting our roads lately
just to add, I quite liked the P6000s and found grip levels to be pretty good in all weather, contrary other's experiences
