that is so upsetting, these people who have to much money disregarding iconic things, positive they do it on purpose to rub our noses in for paying £6.60 to get 20 miles out of your car on petrol that you work hard to try and run
i was told by a friend who lived in the UAE that they have funny debt/borrowing laws and when things went bad after the crash some people who owed a lot of money simply left everything rather than face the consequences I took this photo a few years ago in Dubai, it was in the workshop having just had a fortune spent on it including replacing the bag tanks, so it wasn't unloved, but the state it was in, exterior wise anyway, would suggest otherwise - as a lot of people have said, cars can get very dirty very quickly out here, but it doesn't always mean they aren't looked after:
And just to give you some idea of the weather, this is my old skateboard parked next a cleaner one, just when a sand storm was coming in:

You have got to be kidding!? These people have far more money than brains, than to let a very rare car go to rubbish. If it could make it here to the States, I'd love to have it!
Of course, our government nannies will probably say, "No, it won't pass EPA and DOT."
Currently eligible under Show or Display, and as soon as they're 25 years old you can import whatever you want without restriction.Of course, our government nannies will probably say, "No, it won't pass EPA and DOT."
Referring back to the XJ 220 originally posted...
I think it was this one... http://www.motormutt.com/video/DDmtt4ER2V4
In which case, it didn't end well.... :-( http://thesupercarkids.com/pimped-out-jaguar-xj220...
The perfect storm of too much money, too little taste, and employing the London Motor Museum's 'unique' modifying taste.

I do have a very nasty feeling the XJ220 posted at the begining of this thread is the same car as is here: http://thesupercarkids.com/pimped-out-jaguar-xj220...
Like the pickup conversion they did on a Ferrari 400 (which on the TV show got the applause of Autoficina in Chessington)its a travesty that these cars don't just get crushed rather than people like this get hold of them.
