^^ It was a standard 406 Coupe engine though, so 220bhp.
That is never going to get that car to 180mph.

Oh and that Suzuki Wagon R.... rofl
That spoiler is superb!

Having just seen it on Top Gear, the "mobile halfords".

But the suspension moves 'innnnit' and you can play the PStwoooooooooo man. hehe
If that's the car i'm thinking of it has a monster of an engine and has gone past 180mph!
It could have gone past 800mph, but it still looks like a st sandwich.
I doubt it went past 180. It's a 2.5 litre 5 pot with front wheel drive. It's not impossible, but extremely unlikely.
The owner said it was a 3 litre v6 when it was on Top Gear, IIRC.
Fair enough, but it still won't get it anywhere near 180 MPH

2½ Inch stainless steel from front to back with Booster by Powerflow.
Google is your friend wink

200bhp might push it up to about 130mph but with that weight and brick-like aero package not much more!

I think this might be a bit of a scary car to drive.

Forget the wing, the interior is shocking.

What made him think that wood would look good?

This dude with the shocking Rover is 47 years old! 47! I think he may be Alan Partridges unsuccessful but aspirational younger brother.

Same engine and gearbox I have in my 205 GTI, The rev limiter hits in at 155mph (according to sat-nav as my speedo doesnt go up that high!) so there's no way it could hit 180mph without a different gearbox let alone more power.

I'm not knocking the car, but as far as I can tell, he's just lowered it and added some alloys? Am I missing something (not being sarcastic, generally wondering!)
