Well, it's certainly a more original choice than the usual knackered Mk3 Golfs that you see with similar treatment. Certainly, time and effort has been spent on this one. That's all I'm going to say!

The rogue run (sticker on rear window) appears to be a charity drive type thing, I'd hope this was made as a joke for that however i suspect its a tasteless chav who does his/her bit for charity

No light bar and the rear signs are not large enough for use on highways agency managed roads.
HA chap 8 rules do not require reflective side markers and disallow soild rear reflective sections, should be red retro reflective and yellow fluorescent diagonal stripes. Min 150mm wide covering as much of the rear as possible.
