Looked like it on the video. What appeared to be carbon skirts.
Notice how the pedestrians didn't go over to help, just carried on.
glad I wasn't the only person who thought that, the jogger gave it a 'not my problem' look too...

Some folks had a very bad day yesterday...

A272 near Petworth

Sussex Police are appealing for witnesses after a man died in a crash near Petworth.

The collision, which police believe involved four vehicles, took place near Fox Hill on the A272 Horsham Road at about 07:50 BST on 29 April.

A 74-year-old man from Reigate, Surrey, driving a white Porsche, was treated by paramedics but died at the scene.

A 65-year-old man from Midhurst, driving a white BMW, was seriously injured and taken to St Richard's Hospital in Chichester, where police say he is stable.

The other two cars involved were a black BMW and a white Audi. Neither driver was injured, police said.

Looks like a GT2 judging by the wing and from Reigate

Bloody hell I don't know the car but it's where I'm from and I know quite a few petrolheads. He's about my Dad's age, I wonder if it's someone we know

I know some don’t like speculation on things like this but the damage doesn’t look that significant. I’m wondering if it was a stroke or heart attack first.

Looks like the Porsche has been hit front on then spun and been hit again at the rear. Violent twisting forces that could prove fatal.

RIP to the man who died and a wishing a full recovery to the injured.

Hate seeing collisions like this, still far too common.

I thought it looked like an LHD car with the buckled roof suggesting a hit on that side

the house on the left hand side of the porsche crash had its (fairly substancial) porch destroyed by something hitting it (possibly the rear left of the pork) - could have run out of room on the corner, taken out the house then spun into the path of the suv

Separate thread for interesting or notable incidents, perhaps.

It floods to the right hand side (in photo) curb side gutter. Hidden under and around that water are several proper ‘surface dressing’ cliff edge type pot holes quite capable of damaging. It’s been like it most of the winter.
