The impact has glanced the crash bar pushing it to the offside, dumping rads in process. Wheel and hub bust, bottom arm sheered, driveshaft pulled out, outer and inner wing are creased. wheel has been pushed into the bottom of the A post damaging sill crease in door. Being one of these overlap frontal impacts all bags went off too but amazingly the windscreen didnt get cracked.
It is also a previous cat s from off side front damage that I repaired so I wont be pushing for it to be repaired.

Was the driver OK ?
No- never had a 2RS...just 3RS. Was the driver OK ?
Driver was fine. You can see the passenger space was not crushed.
I have Cup 2s on one of mine and they are really not the thing to have on an icy night. Still, I have no idea of the circumstances except it was a one car accident.

Amazing how much unseen damage there can be in a situation like this, part of the safety design these days though so it doesn't take a lot to get a car significantly bent out of shape. It is also a previous cat s from off side front damage that I repaired so I wont be pushing for it to be repaired.

When you see that modern cars are basically thin pressed steel sections spot welded together to form box sections it is understandable why they damage so easily but then that's their job to absorb the impact. Have a look at what is achievable so far as repairs with this guy, some of the repairs are amazing but gives a good insight as to how a car is pieced together: https://www.youtube.com/c/tussik01I've put off posting this incase it belonged to a member, but I haven't seen it mentioned so....
A few weeks ago in Crewe, a S1 Elise had gone off the road and set alight.
I stopped and grabbed my extinguisher, but it was well past that point.
Owner had head in his hands and was waving traffic away.
If the owner is in here, I do hope you are OK from it.
