Some woman wrote off my first car 2 months after I passed my test. I was at work and she just so happened to come in and ask me to put an announcement out about the blue Suzuki she'd hit in the car park; her insurance paid out £2k, so a good result given the circumstances.
Just under a year later I put my car in a ditch one night (only cracking the front bumper) then find some armco the next; parents still don't know about the armco, they think this was the ditch. Yes, it was a 'watch this' moment. Yes, there was a female in the car. Only paid £1300 for the car so I scrapped it myself for £200 and took the hit.
Driving down a snowy, narrow, inclined lane one night and came across some unlucky peeps.
Had to have a go myself.
Those are all the ones I have photos of

The driver is denying any wrong doing. The mother of the driver has been all over social media talking about her wonderful son.
The father of the driver tried to get the car removed privately before the police had a chance to investigate.
My sincere sympathies to the family in the house. It's a real invasion of privacy and loss of your sense of home is difficult to comprehend as we all take it for granted until it's taken from us.

Not far from us. Apparently the chap said he had a problem with his brakes….probably after the problem with the accelerator and pub?
Having been through a house fire and all the weapons grade hassle and upheaval that takes over your entire life when your home is compromised, I wish nothing but punishment for the pilot of that BMW. Their entirely interchangable car will be replaced and they will not feel 1% of the disruption facing the victim who occupied the house they've smashed a hole in.To hell with crap drivers inflicting their inadequacy on innocent third parties. I hope they're banned from driving and sued for a fortune. Absolute pillock.

Sued? Prosecuted. He could have killed someone, did wreck someone's home, and should not be on the road.
I'm fine with him being prosecuted, but I hold a fairly unusual view that "mere" prosecution supposes that the crime is against the state. It's not the state who's homeless in some crap temporary digs without any of their own stuff right now. They may never get their own stuff; family photos etc back if an engineer judges the building is unsafe to enter to retrieve it all and it gets flattened instead. A civil case against this clown will rightfully funnel the idiot's resources to the clearly identifiable people who have suffered and will continue to suffer for some time both measurable and immeasurable effects of the BMW pilot's incompetence.Let's be honest, even a successful prosecution will at absolute worst result in minor inconvenience for this idiot insomuch as he's got to take a bus for a while. It's not actually going to affect him, and he'll be laughing about it with his mates soon enough. The family who own the house won't be.

happened in the next street over to where I was living at the time.
The house was demolished, a crash barrier put up and a new house built. But would you want to live in that new house knowing what had happened there?

Yep that's the one, remember the hole being in the building, and the hedgerow for quite a while when I was a kid
That short duel carriageway before the roundabout as you are coming from mcdonalds is a good run, but the roundabout catches a few people out!Used to live in Deeping so used it a fair amount and have seen a few people get caught out, not quite this bad, but certainly enough to land on top of the roundabout

When the roundabouts were put in between Werrington and Walton, at least for the first few years you'd see them littered with Vans, Cars, broken signs etc. as no one apparently knew how to traverse them.Used to live in Deeping so used it a fair amount and have seen a few people get caught out, not quite this bad, but certainly enough to land on top of the roundabout
