Possibly they are re-mapping continually and still looking for the right balance?it's a small sports saloon. BMW should know better than anyone how to get it right. can't recall a "bad" sports saloon released by BMW. heck, even the 2002 turbo even has a small cult these days. my god, what are those crazy fools thinking....it's got a turbo !!!!

So am I but it seems I won't be itching for very much longer as I appear to have been invited by BMW to fly to Germany at their expense this week to try out the 1M coupe!
Sounds good Johnny - be interested to hear how it goesIt does feel different - much focussed, responsive and special. Much improved throttle response especially in the switchable Sport mode.
