Its a trademark patent filing by Mercedes on 16th November, showing 3D rendered images of a new ForTwo design with roll hoops and aero screens.
This is probably a concept to show the styling of the next model of ForTwo, it might end up as a production run, limited to a few thousand like the Crossblade, or a new model bodystyle for full production.
I like it, I have a Smart myself, but I do think the model I've got lost some of the fun from the original model and went a bit serious. This one looks friendly again, and if they did build this roadster version as a new model, well that would be a giggle
