Tesco petrol price - clever rip-off?

Well, what was all the fuss about? Prices at my local Shell stations were unchanged today, I filled up with unleaded at 121.9. Or does the duty increase kick in tonight?

I signed up for an ASDA credit card last year to get the 2p off per litre (I only use the card for ASDA petrol). It's since dropped to 1p off per litre though, which is a shame, but it still makes it cheaper than elsewhere in the area.
