Banded Steel Wheels

Does anyone here know anything about banded steel wheels? More to the point - anyone recommend any good places to get it done anywhere in the South East, and what kind of prices should I be looking at for, say, 4 x 13" wheels...
Also I will have to have the arches pulled if I get the wheels banded.
