If I were them I'd have had a long straight road with lots of trees on one side that got napalmed one by one, just as the car went past.
And 'take my breath away' for the background music. And film the whole lot from a helicopter. Yeah! thumbup

I love my DB9 but I'm afraid AM may be losing its way and this drivel only speeds up the decline. I looked at the Rapide because I need four real seats but it's not different enough, it's a bit bland and, worse thing of all; it's built in Austria instead of the UK....now my dealer is still calling telling me "we've got amazing discounts on the Rapide". It's a slippery slope.

There's been a Rapide on this season of NCIS: Los Angeles. It's made several appearances as a vehicle the cast uses when they are playing 'rich guys'.

'The Man'? How corny...

This is one of those things I watch and think 'seriously, did they not sit down and watch is afterwards?!!'

Embarassing. The BM ones from a few years back were leagues ahead.

regarding the location
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eduardo_VII_Park
what they forgot to say is that during night time that area is renowned by the amount of... how can i say it without sounding homophobic.... lots of males offering their service for a fee.

I can just picture the marketing people proudly showing the film to the directors in the boardroom. As the lights come back up the only sound comes from the MD....... 'fk me how much did that crap cost?'

Erm really, coolest brand.

They are so achingly dull these days. I would rather have a Focus RS than most Aston's. They all look the same.

As for video, should have just paid for more Bond time, this was crap

Like I kept on saying in the latest 77-one forum. Aston Martin are dead meat. If they were a football team, heads would have rolled about two years ago. I hope they can pull back from where they are. Their biggest mistake as far as I am concerned, is that they belived that simply repeating their design formula on a variety of platforms and saying 'James Bond' alot, would make people part with huge sums of cash. Think again before it's too late Aston! Your design language is about 20 years old. LED's have been added. Well done.

Aston Martin....cool? Don't think so.

They dropped off my wish list years ago.
+1

I am in the target audience for one of these
chariots, but I wouldn't give it houseroom.

Hand built in England - isn't that synonymous
with expensive to run and breaks down a lot ?
