My Dad wants to change his car. At present he has a diesel Nissan Note and he wants something similar, in other words small but roomy. He has a budget of £10k and would prefer a low milage demo model. Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.

Ford Fusion? Fiesta gubbins so reasonably cheap to run.

My folks have the now discontinued Mazda 2 version of the Fusion, does everything from taking Mildred to church, to moving furniture, to taking tractor bits to the welder, and everything in between.

Alfa Mito - my dad bought one last year and loves it. Even though he is in his seventies, it still gives him the modern image, but is also practical. Much more room than a Fiat 500, and not as obviously a pensioner car as a fusion.
Otherwise a new Fiesta?
