I have to admit i do kind of like it, the four wheel drive is acceptable in Ferraris 'practical' car. Did the 612 actually sell well btw? i think ive only seen like two of them since they were launched.

It also makes more sense than the 612 as it isnt just a bloated version of the 599, kind of goes against the panamera and rapide now.

I cannot believe it's taken over 40 years to re-invent the brilliant Jensen FF.

Bout bloody time.

Just a tad heavy, wide & costly to replace my beloved Prelude. Oh well...

A bold and welcome step by Ferrari, I think it looks lovely...
In terms of the BMW resemblance - in concept maybe but...really, any petrol head that actually gets confused about what they're seeing when they see one on the road should be ashamed...in the same way anyone who looks at a Peugeot RCZ and thinks "is that a TT??" should too.

Its not a huge departure form the 612 is it? why are people getting so bent out of shape?

I really like te side view, especially the rear 2/3. Then again, I also love the profile of the Z4 coupe. The front view on the other hand looks a bit uninspired compared to other Ferraris.

Well, I think it looks astonishing.

For a few years the latest Ferrari would come out and you'd go "oh, yeah, that's what I expected." The 430's lovely, the 612 was 'fine', the 599 looks better in the real world than photos.

But the 458 still makes me tingle and this is a 'stop and gawp' design - so much interesting stuff in it. Top work!

Wow that's a brill video, better than a trailer for a Bond Movie. Listen out for the 'click clicks' when they introduce a new country when it was tested - v James Bond.

I'm sure designers are trying to lower our expectations first the panamera now this

surely another 20cm on the rear couldn't of hurt

I immediately thought of the first Z3 based M Coupe, not the more recent Z4 M Coupe.

I think this looks absolutely stunning. The breadvan looks will no doubt divide opinion, very much a marmite design, but it's fantastic in my opinion!

I can't help thinking its more an Alfa Brera than an M Coupe. I actually think it looks ok too.

Yes! No! Yes!

I'm confused, I'm not sure if I like it or not.

At least it's prettier than the Panamera (which is an epic car in every other way)
I'm the same, totally confused as to if it looks nice or not.

The thing with these 4 seater is that as a daily driver they're preposterously expensive to run, depreciation, servicing etc add up to total financial ruin. OK, the target market isn't really worried about this sort of thing in the main but I just don't think I could cope with the kind of losses they post, regardless of my bank account. Over 4 years and 20k miles a 612 loses £100k+ while a 430 won't get anywhere near half that. Just seems mental

It looks nice for a £70,000 car but it could well struggle if they overprice it. It certainly isn't pretty for a ferrari
