They're relatively 'new' to Germans, elderly krauts go out of their way to avoid them, find them confusing for some reason. Nowhere has as many roundabouts as the UK.

Similar to when they introduced them in Australia. Carnage as it was all new to them.

They don't normally have roundabouts in Germany. It's a new concept to them. Filling in the centre may help. German drivers are the safest in Europe apparently!

I was under the impression that germany had twice the number of fatal accidents in comparison to the uk per year. Not really the safest.
