If that were the case, would this make it the 308 GT4 of it's generation?

If so, may have to wait a few years and then pick up a "bargain" because you know you would given the opportunity.
I think that looks great. The 308 GT4 looks really bad in red. Also the 250/275 range both look great in silver.

There's only one reason to get a Cali and add £65,350 worth of extras... and that's for that once in a lifetime occasion when another Cali pulls up beside you with a mere £65,000 worth of add-ons. Oh the shame on that other driver for being such a tight-wad.

I have to admit, I've yet to see a picture of a California that does it justice (I call it Maserati 3200GT syndrome). IMHO in the metal they're stunning.

Saw the Cali last year, looked much better then.

Interesting pic. When we had the car it was on winter tyres, I guess the nicer wheels in the pic above were changed for standard ones fitted with winter rubber.

The car does make sense a little more with black wheels to match the carbon.

Comments on the T shirts in the shop yet no decent designs mentioning open season and wintery weather..

I thought that the original gas cap on the Cali had broken off and the dealer didn't have a silver replacement, so they gave the owner a black one?

As for the Roller, I'd rather have an old Chris Craft if I had to buy a teak-decked boat.

Can you replace the words 'Twin Test' in the title with 'Douchebag Derby'? I think it would more accurately represent the target clientele.

Garlick - do you have a breakdown of the options specced on that Cali?

I'd love to see what you can add that puts the price of a Nissan GT-R onto a 'base' Ferrari...

I mean seriously - £65,000 of options! Just think about that for a second...

Er, not brilliant.

These two cars are each awesome in their own way and their owners should be commended for bringing them out for lesser mortals to fawn over. Why be such a prick about fellow PHers rides? If you don't like the colour schemes or options then you buy one and show them how it should be done...

These Sunday Service things would be much less interesting if people with such outrageous cars did not attend. A car park full of old pork, old Ms and ricers would be much less of a day out.

The California was actually in for a normal PH road test, not specifically for the SS meet, so stand by for a test with all the details soon.

I think everyone here is missing the coolest thing in the world. The Phantom has decking. That needs oiling. It looks absolutely, grossly, crassly, superbly brilliant.

Don't be daft, the Dancing Donkey is a press car so no "PHer" brought it and the Roller is, one has to admit, the height of poor taste.

If you're going to summon the taste police... it's a 'Rolls'. smile

(And like the California, also a test car loaned to PH.)
