I saw this on the way home last night in Essex and thought it worthy of a photo.

I hope it didnt belong to anybody on here!

Not much left of that one... Wonder if it was deliberate or a wiring fault?

Only guessing, but it looks like the sort of place a car would be dumped and burnt out after it had been stolen/used in some sort of crime

The driver turned the front fog lights off, then used their indicators in good time before carrying out a manoeuvre.

The car couldn't hack it and spontaneously combusted...

Very true. It's also a well known fact that turning off the wipers can make the car just set on fire. One of the draw backs with an Audi. Poor owner.

Wowzers!

Mind you, an interior fire is enough to have a normal steel car off the crusher anyway, so its more a case of how much is left rather than the amount of damage. Burned out TVR's are pretty impressive too - for similar issues.

Its strange how the rear of the car is basically intact, but the rest is a total wreck.

It melted. Was aluminium.
But not the plastic bumpers or numberplate?
