I should be ok, I think.

I can't see many truck drivers stopping for me if I try to flag them down whilst naked.

...or in the storage box in the nose that has been designed to fit both helmet and steering wheel in a safe, dry, lockable compartment.

Absolutely love the look & concept of this car. Find 1 seat a bonus..... you can be really selfish lol.

Already owning an Atom, I would be happy to pay a premium for the car, but not double the price of an Atom or Caterham frown

When was the last time you saw a Caterham passenger that looked like he/she really wanted to be there hehe
quite, i drive an Exige s and even that at 900 kg is no fun with a passenger, takes the edge of the acceleration, longer braking and very sluggish to change direction through a chicane.
Just buy two. One for you and one for the 'passenger'.

Maybe this is the niche Mono are aiming for: uber rich track day enthusiasts who want a single seater uncompromised by passenger accommodation which they can drive to the track and back with a friend, who by definition must be sharing the experience from the 'spare' Mono.

Sort of like pedal cars for grown ups.

I think this looks great, has a good balance of power to weight and is very resonably priced for what you get.

This looks like a prime candidate for a one make race series

To all those that waffle about the price, i assure you that you could not do it for much cheaper and turn a profit.

^ Well obviously, but it'd be the reason I wouldn't get too excited about it personally - it's for people whose pockets are deeper than mine I think. It makes the 2-11s of this world look positively cheap.

Shame that something similar couldn't be made for less though, I'd have thought the weight could have been brought down a tad too, I'll just have to learn to manage my expectations.

I'd enjoy a single seater road legal car very much I think, it's rare that anyone comes along for a drive for drivings sake with me and most of the time I'm solo in the Elise anyway. As a previous poster also said, a pax just slows you down!

Very good looking though, it has to be said.

super looks, great performance - who would I like to take along anyways !
If you want to be quick on track you got to be alone in the car ...
So why not this one, exclusive, destinct looks with the smell of formula cars
without being foolishly expensive (sorry caparo!) still cheaper than a
donkervoort GT or a Wiesmann ... I hope they are going to achive a homologation
to sell on the continent - it seems the perfect car for the NS !
