I want to keep my 7 years NCB, but i dont really want to buy a car because I cant afford to run two cars.

Insurance is very high for me, because nextdoor had her car stolen, pegouets 307 of all cars!!.

So how i can keep my NCB without buying a car?

NCB will be valid for 2 years anyway (without reinsuring), I discovered this recently when reinsuring

This is true. We have one car between the two of us. We take it in turns to insure to maintain our NCBs...

I used to be insured with Privilege and went on a company car for three years then came back to private motoring. As I went back to them, they honoured my 6 years NCB minus 1 year iirc so I kept 5. Going back a few years that though.

If you have another car, can't you retain the NCB on that?
