Blue antifreeze gone clear

It's a couple of years old now but last time the antifreeze was changed the garage changed it from the orange stuff to blue stuff.
It was definatly blue.
Looking at it now it's gone almost clear (tinge of grey)- although it is slightly sticky like weak egg white.
Do some antifreezes change colour at life end?
